Kyle Last Cherubs Session in the Park

Today was Kyle's last session for his cherubs folio.

The first 2 sessions were taken in the studio so, today we had a trip to a local park so that Kyle could let off steam and to capture some natural images.

The weather was kind to us as we had near perfect soft lighting and Kyle and his Mummy Gemma had great fun.

Rachel and Phil's Wedding

Rachel and Phil were married at Flore Chapel on Saturday on what was the hottest day of the year so far.

So all in all it was a glorious day.

Matthew

This is young Matthew.

He is keeping up the family "Cherubs" tradition as his older brother completed his folio 6 months ago and now it Matthews turn.

Leo

We had 3 month old Leo in the studio this morning.

He came along with his Mummy and Nan.

Its a small world as we photographed his Nans wedding 2 years ago.

We also took a few shots of him with his mummy.

Pippa - Location Shoot

On Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing Pippa on location around Northampton.

At first we thought the weather would be against us with high winds and rain.

But after sheltering under some trees with the equipment the sun came out and we managed to produce some stunning images.

Here are a few of my favourites.

These first 3 images were taken at local reservoir.

Using the wind and clouds to our advantage we used location flash to light the model and balancing the ambient daylight.

And a very important element............... a trusty assistant keeping grip of the lighting stand !!!!!!!!!!!





Taken against an orange painted wall, once again using flash to add a little extra.





One of my favourite locations in Northampton which I have used many times, and its sheltered out of the wind.




5 minutes before these 2 shots were taken we were sheltering from torrential rain under a tree !!!!!

Eddie

Eddie came into the studio last week for his session, but he was fast asleep and there was no way we were going to get any shots of him.

So we rescheduled for today and he was wide awake and his usual cheeky self.

This is 9 week old Dylan.

He done really well for a youngster, and look at those lovely big and alert eyes.
