Katrina Location and Studio Shoots

A couple of weeks ago we arranged a shoot with Katrina.

The plan was to create some different location portraits and then directly afterwards do a studio shoot.

Unfortunately the shoot had to be cut short after the location images were made so we had to do the studio shoot at a later date.

Here are some of the images taken on Location, these were taken at Dusk using a mixture of what available daylight there was and also outdoor flash.

We were going for a very eery and atmospheric image.

Here we were aiming for a mixture of styles from soft to hard and dramatic fashion type images.

Prom Shoot

On Monday we had a Photoshoot with Camellia Bridal of Northampton.

In addition to Bridal Gowns, Lyn at Camellia Bridal also supply Prom Dresses.

The purpose of the shoot was to get some new images for Lyn.

However the weather was totally against us, but we dodged the rain and wind and created some great shots.

A big thanks must also go to Cara and Aldona who were our models for the day and despite the (what felt like) sub zero temperatures were absolutely fantastic. And also a big thankyou to The Westone Manor who kindly allowed us to use their hotel as one of the locations literally with an hours notice.

Oliver

This is 9 month old Oliver.

He brought some of his toys to the studio today, some lovely colourful skittles.

We couldnt resist doing a shot with them.

Bluebells !!!!!!!!!!

The Bluebells are out and we are looking for children for our Bluebell shoots.

They dont last long, we maybe have only a couple of weeks so if you would like a portrait of your child "with a difference" call now to book your sessions.

Rachel and Phil - Pre Wedding Shoot

Rachel and Phil are to be married next month and we have the pleasure of photographing their wedding in Flore.

Fridays Babies

I sometimes think I have the best job in the world. No ,,,,,,,,, I will rephrase that.

I DO have the best job in the world.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although in reality, being a busy photographer can be a little isolating at times ,but when you get to photograph wonderful cherubs like the two below its all worth the hard work.

These are just two that visited the studio with their Mummies and Daddies on Friday and dont they look happy?

Ciara - Birthday Shoot

It has been the silly season in the studio over the past couple of weeks hence the lack of posts.

We have had such a wide range of shoots from Weddings , Babies to Pets shoots. One of the most enjoyable and fun shoots a week or so ago was Ciara,s birthday shoot in the studio.

The session was a gift from her parents for her 14th birthday.

Here are a small selection from the shoot and also towards the end of the session I found my self the other side of the camera as Ciara,s mum decided to take a few shots of me in action with her phone !!!!!!
